Clear your browser cache and try an incognito window. If the site still doesn't open, the issue is likely on the DNS side — switch to a public DNS like 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 in your network settings. Also check whether the problem is browser-specific: test in a different one before assuming the service is down.
If the login page returns an error or just spins endlessly, start by resetting your password through the recovery option. Session cookies can also cause this — clearing them usually resolves repeated login loops. If two-factor authentication isn't delivering the confirmation code, check that your phone number on file is current and that SMS isn't blocked by your carrier.
This is almost always one of three things:
Trying a different payment method or a different card often resolves it immediately.
When consumption history or invoice PDFs refuse to load, it's usually a file rendering issue in the browser. Disable any PDF viewer extensions and try downloading the file directly. On mobile, make sure the Enefit app has storage permissions enabled.
Update the app to the latest version first — many freezing issues are patched in recent releases. If it still crashes on launch, uninstall and reinstall rather than just clearing the cache. On Android, check whether battery optimization is killing the app in the background, which can cause it to behave erratically on reopen.
Push notifications stop working when the app loses background refresh permission. On iOS, go to system notification settings and make sure alerts are fully enabled for the app. On Android, check that the app isn't in a restricted battery mode. If email alerts aren't arriving, look in spam and verify the address saved in your profile.
If your dashboard shows outdated meter readings or stale consumption figures, force-close the app and reopen it rather than just pulling to refresh. On the web version, a hard reload fixes it in most cases. Persistent stale data usually means a sync issue tied to your session — logging out and back in resets it.
