Clear your browser cache and try an incognito window. If the site still doesn't respond, check whether the issue is isolated to your device by testing it on a phone using mobile data instead of Wi-Fi. DNS problems can also block access — switching to 8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1 in your network settings often resolves it within minutes.
This usually comes down to one of three things: a session cookie conflict, a browser extension interfering with the login form, or an expired password. Try a different browser first. If the login page loads but the button does nothing, disable any ad blockers or script blockers. Password resets are handled through the self-service portal — request the reset link and check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes.
The ESO self-service portal is fairly data-heavy. A frozen dashboard almost always points to a slow connection or a JavaScript timeout. Force-refresh the page with Ctrl+Shift+R, and if the issue repeats, try lowering your browser zoom level — some layout elements break at non-standard zoom settings.
The invoices are served as PDF files that require a reasonably current PDF viewer. If clicking the download link does nothing, check your browser's download folder — the file may have saved silently. On mobile, make sure you have a PDF reader installed before tapping the link.
Outdated app versions are the most common cause. Update through the App Store or Google Play, then clear the app cache in your device settings. If it still crashes, uninstall and reinstall — this resets corrupted local data without affecting your account.
If the form rejects your reading, check that you're entering only the digits before the decimal point unless the field explicitly asks for both. The system also locks submissions during certain processing windows at the end of the month, so an error late in the month may simply mean you need to wait a few hours and try again.
