Eurokos Website Won't Load at All

Clear your browser cache and try a hard refresh. If the page still won't open, check whether the issue is on your end by testing another site. If everything else loads fine, the problem is likely a temporary server outage. Wait a few minutes and try again. Switching from Wi-Fi to mobile data (or the reverse) can also help rule out a local network issue.

Login Fails or Password Not Accepted

Double-check that Caps Lock is off and you're entering the correct email. If the system rejects your credentials repeatedly, use the password reset option. Sometimes the confirmation email lands in spam, so check there before requesting another reset link. Cookies and saved autofill data can also cause login loops — clearing them usually fixes this.

Payment or Transfer Doesn't Go Through

This is often a bank-side block rather than a Eurokos issue. Contact your card issuer and ask whether they're blocking the transaction. Also check that the card details are entered without typos and that the expiry date is current. If your bank approves the charge but the platform still shows a failure, take a screenshot of the error and reach out to support with the transaction timestamp.

• Force-close the browser tab and reopen it
• Disable browser extensions one by one to find a conflict
• Try a different browser entirely
• Check if the issue repeats on a phone browser

Slow Response and High Page Load Times

Heavy traffic on the platform's servers can slow everything down noticeably. If load times spike at a specific time of day, try again during off-peak hours. On your end, a congested local network is a common culprit — restart your router and make sure no other devices are saturating the connection with downloads or streaming.

Mobile App Crashes or Won't Open

• Force-stop the app and relaunch it
• Check for a pending update in your app store
• Free up device storage if it's below a few hundred megabytes
• Reinstall the app if crashes persist after an update

Confirmation Messages Not Arriving

SMS or email confirmations sometimes get delayed by up to a few minutes. If nothing arrives after five minutes, check spam and make sure your phone number or email is saved correctly in account settings. Network congestion on your carrier's side can delay SMS — trying an alternative verification method if the platform offers one is a practical workaround.
