Clear your browser cache and try opening the site in a private window. If that doesn't help, switch to a different browser entirely — sometimes outdated cached data blocks the page from rendering correctly. Check whether the DNS is resolving the domain by trying a different network, such as your mobile connection instead of Wi-Fi.
This usually comes down to three things:
If a payment gets stuck or returns an error, first confirm your card details are entered correctly and that the card isn't expired. Some banks block unfamiliar transactions by default — check your banking app for a confirmation request. Try a different payment method if available. If the amount is being debited but the payment isn't confirmed, don't retry immediately; duplicate charges can occur.
A frozen interface usually points to a JavaScript conflict or insufficient browser resources. Close unused tabs, disable browser extensions one by one, and reload the page. On mobile, force-close the app and reopen it. If the problem repeats, uninstall and reinstall the app.
PDF invoices and account documents sometimes fail to render if a browser lacks the right plugin or has strict security settings. Open the document in a dedicated PDF viewer by downloading it first rather than previewing inline. On mobile, ensure the app has storage permissions to save files locally.
Force-stop the app through your device settings, then clear the app cache without removing account data. If issues persist after a restart, check whether an update is available — older versions occasionally lose compatibility with backend changes.
