App Refuses to Open or Crashes Immediately

If Jakdojade crashes on launch, the most common cause is an outdated app version. Head to the App Store or Google Play and check for pending updates. If the app is current, try clearing the cache through your phone's app settings — accumulated data can corrupt the local storage and prevent a clean startup. A full reinstall usually resolves persistent crash loops.

Route Search Returns No Results

This happens when the GPS signal is weak or location permissions are restricted. Make sure the app has permission to access your location at all times, not just while in use. If results still don't appear, type the stop name manually instead of relying on automatic detection. Occasionally the issue is tied to a temporary backend hiccup — waiting a minute and retrying often does the trick.

Map Tiles Not Loading Properly

Slow or missing map tiles are almost always a connectivity problem. Switch from mobile data to Wi-Fi or vice versa to rule out a network-side issue. If tiles load partially, force-close the app and reopen it. Reducing the zoom level sometimes helps trigger a fresh tile request.

Payment Not Going Through

• Confirm your card details are entered correctly, including the expiry date and billing address if required
• Check with your bank whether online transactions or foreign payments are blocked
• Try a different payment method if the option is available
• Make sure your billing address matches what your bank has on file

Login Fails Despite Correct Credentials

Notifications About Departures Not Arriving

• Check that notifications are enabled both in the app settings and in your phone's system notification preferences
• If you use battery saver mode, add the app to the exceptions list
• On iOS, a fresh permission reset — disable then re-enable notifications — often restores delivery
