Clear your browser cache and cookies first — this fixes most sudden loading failures. If the site still doesn't respond, try a different browser or switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data to rule out a local network issue. Check whether your ISP is blocking anything by testing the connection on another device.
Wrong credentials are the obvious cause, but the problem is often a session conflict from multiple open tabs. Close all but one, clear the browser cookies for the domain, then try again. If the password reset email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder and make sure the address on file is current.
This usually comes down to one of these:
Force-close the Lenders app and reopen it. If that doesn't help, check for a pending update in the app store — outdated versions often have stability bugs that were already fixed. As a last resort, clear the app cache from your device settings without uninstalling.
A transfer that stays pending for more than a few hours may have hit a compliance review or a technical queue delay. Log into your account and check the transaction history for any error codes or action prompts. If nothing is shown, contact support directly and provide the transaction ID.
Sluggish load times inside the platform are often caused by browser extensions interfering with scripts. Disable them one by one to find the culprit. Also check your own connection speed — anything below 5 Mbps can cause noticeable lag in data-heavy financial dashboards.
If SMS or email alerts from Lenders stop coming, verify your contact details in account settings. For push notifications, make sure the app has permission to send them in your device's notification settings. Some Android battery optimization profiles kill background app activity entirely, which blocks all alerts.
