Service info and troubleshooting

M6+ App Won't Open or Crashes

If the M6+ app freezes on launch or closes immediately, start with clearing the app cache. On Android, go to settings, find the app in the installed list, and clear cached data. On iOS, delete and reinstall the app. Make sure your OS version meets the minimum requirements — outdated firmware is a common culprit.

Video Playback Keeps Buffering

Slow or stuttering video usually points to bandwidth issues. Run a speed test: streaming typically needs at least 5 Mbps for HD content. If your connection is fine but buffering persists, try lowering the video quality manually in the player settings. Switching from Wi-Fi to mobile data (or vice versa) can also help isolate the problem.

Login Fails in the Personal Account

A failed login is often caused by a cached session conflict. Try these steps:

  • Log out completely if the app lets you, then log back in
  • Clear browser cookies if you're using the web version
  • Reset your password through the account recovery option
  • Check that your email or phone number is entered without extra spaces
Payment Won't Go Through

Card payments failing at checkout usually come down to a few fixable things. First, confirm the card details are entered correctly, including the billing address if it's required. Some banks block streaming service charges by default — contact your bank to authorize the transaction. If the issue repeats, try a different payment method or use the web interface instead of the app.

No Signal or Mobile Service Drops

Weak signal in your area causes dropped calls and failed SMS. Check coverage on the operator's official map. Indoors, moving closer to a window often improves reception. Restarting the device forces it to re-register on the network, which fixes stuck connections.

Messages Not Sending or Delivering

If outgoing messages fail, check whether mobile data or Wi-Fi is active. A grayed-out send status usually means the message is queued due to no connection. Toggle airplane mode on and off to reset the network stack. If SMS specifically fails, check that your SIM is seated properly and the message center number in SIM settings is correct.

Interface Frozen or Unresponsive

A frozen screen in the app is almost always a memory issue. Close background apps to free up RAM, then relaunch. If the interface stays stuck, a full device restart resolves it in most cases. Keeping the app updated prevents many freeze-related bugs from appearing in the first place.
