Clear your browser cache and try a hard refresh. If the page still doesn't respond, switch to a different browser or device to isolate whether the issue is local. DNS problems can also block access — switching to a public DNS like 8.8.8.8 sometimes resolves it instantly.
This usually comes down to one of three things: a cached session conflict, a temporary account lock after multiple failed attempts, or a browser extension interfering with the login form. Disable extensions, clear cookies for the site specifically, and try again. If the account is locked, wait 15–30 minutes before retrying.
A frozen interface is almost always a JavaScript loading failure. Open the browser console and check for errors. Force-reload the page without cache. If the problem repeats, the session token may have expired — log out completely and log back in.
If a transfer shows as pending for more than a few hours, first check your transaction history to confirm it hasn't silently completed. If it genuinely hasn't moved, note the transaction ID and contact Penki support directly — stuck transfers usually require manual review on the backend and can't be resolved from the user side.
Run a speed test to verify your connection is stable. If your general internet is fine but the service feels sluggish, the problem is likely server-side congestion during peak hours. Try off-peak times. On mobile, switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data can also help if one path has routing issues.
