Force-close the app completely, then reopen it. If that doesn't help, clear the app cache through your phone's settings under the storage section for Temu. On iOS, delete and reinstall the app — it's usually faster than waiting for a background update to fix itself.
This is one of the most common friction points. First, double-check that your card details are entered correctly, including the billing address, which must match exactly what your bank has on file. Some banks flag international transactions as suspicious and block them automatically — call your bank or approve the transaction through your banking app if you get a notification. Also try a different payment method or browser if you're on desktop.
Usually a temporary index glitch on the server side. Pull down to refresh the search page, or exit the search and re-enter your query. If the problem repeats, try logging out and back in — this resets your session and often clears the issue.
Check your spam folder first. If nothing is there, verify the email address in your account profile. Some mail providers delay transactional emails by several minutes during high-traffic periods. As a workaround, check your order status directly inside the app under your account section.
This typically happens when the app is running low on available memory. Close other apps running in the background, then return to Temu. If the freeze happens consistently on a specific page, try accessing it through the mobile browser version instead while waiting for the next app update.
