TOPO CENTRAS Website Won't Load

If the site refuses to open, start with the basics: clear your browser cache and cookies, then try a hard reload. Switching to a different browser often helps — sometimes a stored session or an outdated extension blocks the page from rendering. If nothing works, check whether your internet connection is stable by opening any other site.

Login Errors in Personal Account

Authentication failures usually come down to three things:

• Expired session — simply close the tab and log in again
• Incorrect credentials — reset your password using the email recovery option
• Browser autofill inserting outdated data — clear the saved password and type it manually
• Temporary server-side issue — wait a few minutes and retry

Payment or Transfer Not Going Through

A failed transaction rarely means the money is lost. First, verify that your card details are entered correctly and that the card has not expired. Check your bank's daily transfer limits — exceeding them silently blocks the payment. If everything looks fine on your end, the acquiring server may be temporarily unavailable; wait 10–15 minutes before retrying.

TOPO CENTRAS relies on rendering map tiles, and these can fail to load under poor connectivity. Check your connection speed — anything below 5 Mbps can cause tiles to stall. Also disable any content-blocking browser extensions, as they sometimes intercept map asset requests.

Files or Documents Fail to Upload

Keep file size within the limits stated on the upload form. Unsupported formats are silently rejected, so convert your file to the recommended format before trying again. If the upload bar freezes midway, the session has likely timed out — log in again and restart the upload without leaving the page.

Slow Performance and High Response Times

Sluggish response is often a local network issue rather than a server problem. Run a quick speed test. If latency is high, restart your router and reconnect. On mobile, switching from Wi-Fi to mobile data — or the reverse — can immediately improve load times.
