If the site fails to open, start with the basics: clear your browser cache and cookies, then try a different browser or device. DNS issues are a common culprit — switch your DNS to 8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1 in your network settings. If the problem persists, check whether your ISP is blocking the domain, and try switching to mobile data to isolate the issue.
Wrong credentials are the obvious first guess, but the real issue is often a browser autofill conflict filling in outdated passwords. Clear saved login data, type credentials manually, and make sure cookies are enabled. If the account is locked after failed attempts, use the password reset option — the reset email sometimes lands in spam, so check there first.
Transfers can stall due to session timeouts or temporary server-side processing delays. Wait a few minutes before retrying — submitting the same transfer twice can cause duplicate charges. If the status stays pending beyond 30 minutes, contact BENU support with the transaction reference number.
A slow connection is usually the issue, not the service itself. Run a speed test — if you're below 5 Mbps, switch networks. On mobile, moving to a stronger signal area helps. If speed is fine but BENU still loads slowly, the problem may be temporary server load; waiting 10–15 minutes and retrying usually resolves it.
Check that push notifications are enabled for the app in your device's system settings. If in-app messages aren't appearing, log out and back in to refresh the session. Email notifications going missing are almost always a spam filter issue — add the sender address to your contacts to prevent future filtering.
