Clear your browser cache and try an incognito window. If the site still doesn't open, check whether the issue is with your DNS — switch to 8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1 in your network settings. Sometimes the problem is simply a temporary server overload on their end, and waiting 10–15 minutes resolves it. Also confirm your internet connection works on other sites before assuming SoDra is down.
This usually comes down to one of three things: an expired session cookie, a mismatch between your authentication method and the one registered on your account, or a browser that's blocking third-party scripts. Try a different browser entirely. If you use smart card authentication or mobile signature, make sure the relevant software or app is up to date and that your certificate hasn't expired.
Disable browser extensions one by one — ad blockers and script managers are frequent culprits on government portals. If the interface freezes on a specific form, try zooming the browser out to 90% or switching to a Chromium-based browser. JavaScript errors in outdated browsers can silently break interactive elements.
The built-in document viewer on the portal can fail if your browser PDF plugin is disabled. Go to your browser's content settings and enable PDF viewing, or simply download the file and open it locally. Some documents are generated on demand — if the file downloads as zero bytes, the generation likely timed out and you should request it again after a few minutes.
Force-close the app and relaunch it. If touch inputs are registering late or not at all, free up device memory by closing background apps. For persistent crashes after an OS update, uninstall and reinstall the app — cached data from a previous version can conflict with the updated build.
Run a speed test to rule out your connection. If your speeds are normal but SoDra pages load slowly, the bottleneck is likely server-side latency during peak hours — typically weekday mornings. Switching from Wi-Fi to a wired connection can also reduce intermittent slowdowns caused by wireless interference.
