SPARK App Won't Open or Crashes

If the SPARK app freezes on launch or closes immediately, the most common culprit is an outdated version. Head to the App Store or Google Play and check for pending updates. If the app is current, try clearing its cache through your phone's app settings, then restart the device. On older Android phones, low available storage can also cause crashes — freeing up a few hundred megabytes usually helps.

Login Fails Despite Correct Credentials

Double-check that your phone number is entered with the correct country code. If the confirmation SMS isn't arriving, it could be a temporary issue with the messaging gateway — wait two or three minutes and request the code again. Make sure your carrier isn't blocking short-code messages. Restarting your phone often forces it to re-register with the mobile network and fixes delivery delays.

Payment Doesn't Go Through

• Confirm the card isn't expired and the billing details in your profile are accurate.
• Check that your bank hasn't blocked the transaction — some banks flag carsharing charges as suspicious.
• Try adding a different card or using an alternative payment method available in the app.
• If the charge is pending but the booking didn't confirm, contact support before attempting payment again to avoid a double charge.

SMS Confirmation Code Never Arrives

Weak mobile signal is the most frequent reason. Move to an area with better reception and retry. If you're on a roaming SIM, some operators block automated messages from Russian shortcodes entirely — switching to a local SIM or a different device resolves this in most cases.

Map Doesn't Load or Cars Don't Appear

This is almost always a connection issue rather than a server problem. Switch from mobile data to Wi-Fi or vice versa to rule out one side. If the map tiles load but cars are missing, force-close the app and reopen it — the geolocation layer sometimes fails to initialize properly after a weak-signal session.

Interface Freezes Mid-Booking

Tapping repeatedly when the screen is unresponsive tends to queue multiple requests and makes things worse. Instead, wait about ten seconds, then force-close the app. If the booking was already initiated, check your email or in-app notifications before starting a new one — the system may have processed the request in the background.

Server Unavailability and Request Errors

Occasional server-side outages affect all users simultaneously and there's no workaround on your end. The service usually recovers within fifteen to thirty minutes. If error messages persist longer than that, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app — corrupted local data can mimic server errors even when the backend is fully operational.
