If the login page hangs or returns a blank screen, start with your browser cache. Clear cookies and cached files, then try again. If that doesn't help, switch to a different browser entirely — Chromium-based browsers occasionally conflict with the session handling IServ uses. Also check that JavaScript is enabled, since the interface depends on it heavily.
Repeated failed login attempts trigger an automatic lockout. Wait a few minutes before trying again. If you're certain the credentials are correct but still can't get in, use the password reset option on the login screen. School or organization administrators can also manually unlock accounts, so contacting your system administrator is the fastest route when the reset email doesn't arrive.
Large attachments and media files sometimes fail to load if your connection drops mid-transfer. Try downloading the file instead of previewing it in the browser. If the file consistently refuses to open, the upload may be corrupted — ask the sender to re-upload it. On mobile, switching from Wi-Fi to mobile data (or vice versa) sometimes resolves the issue.
The mobile app tends to freeze after extended sessions without a refresh. Force-close the app and reopen it. If crashes happen consistently, check whether an update is available in your device's app store — bugs from older versions are a common cause. Clearing the app cache from your device settings also resolves many stability problems without requiring a full reinstall.
When calendar entries or tasks don't appear after being assigned, the sync may have stalled. Pull down to manually refresh the view inside the app. On the browser version, a full page reload usually fetches the latest data. If entries remain missing, confirm with the person who assigned them that the items were saved correctly on their end — unsaved drafts are a frequent source of confusion.
