If the TAMO login screen refuses to open, start with the basics: clear your browser cache and cookies, then try a hard reload. Chromium-based browsers sometimes cache a broken session state that blocks the page entirely. Switching to a different browser or using a private/incognito window usually confirms whether it's a cache issue. Also check that your system clock is accurate — an incorrect date or time causes SSL certificate errors that look identical to a server outage.
After several failed login attempts, the system temporarily blocks access. Wait 15–20 minutes before trying again. If you've genuinely forgotten credentials, use the password reset flow on the login page. School administrators manage accounts centrally, so if the reset email never arrives, check your spam folder first, then contact your school's TAMO administrator — they can resend the invitation or reset access manually.
This usually points to a synchronization delay on the server side. Refresh the page after a minute or two. If data stays frozen, try:
Outdated app versions frequently cause interface freezes, especially after a platform update. Update the app through your device's app store. If crashes continue, uninstall and reinstall — this clears corrupted local data. On Android, also check that background data and battery optimization aren't restricting the app's network access.
Push notifications depend on both device permissions and a stable connection. If messages show as sent by teachers but you see nothing, check that notifications are enabled for the app in your device system settings. On iOS, background app refresh must also be active. For in-platform messages that appear sent but never reach recipients, a brief server queue delay is common — wait a few minutes and reload the inbox.
Large files like class schedules or documents sometimes stall on slower connections. If a file spins indefinitely, check your connection speed. Mobile data networks with high latency handle large downloads poorly. Switching to Wi-Fi typically resolves it. If the problem persists on a fast connection, the file may be temporarily unavailable due to storage server maintenance — try again after 30 minutes.
Heavy load during morning school hours is a known pattern. If every action takes unusually long, the platform may be under peak traffic. Avoid peak windows when possible, or use the mobile app instead of the browser version, as it generally handles slow responses more gracefully than a full web session.
