ScuolaNext Login Page Won't Load

If the login screen refuses to open or just spins indefinitely, start by clearing your browser cache and cookies. Outdated cached data is the most common culprit. Try an incognito window to rule out browser extensions interfering with the session. If you're using an older version of Chrome or Firefox, update it — the platform relies on modern JavaScript that older builds handle poorly. Switching to a different browser entirely often resolves the issue immediately.

Wrong Credentials Error on Login

Double-check that Caps Lock is off and that you're entering the fiscal code or username exactly as registered. The system distinguishes between different account types — parent, student, and teacher credentials are separate. If you recently had your password reset by the school administrator, make sure you're using the new temporary credentials and not an auto-filled old password saved in your browser.

Grades and Class Register Not Displaying

This usually comes down to a session timeout or a partial page load. Reload the page with a hard refresh. If the register loads but shows no entries, the issue is often server-side lag during high-traffic periods like end-of-term grade submissions. Waiting 10–15 minutes and retrying tends to work.

Notification Emails Not Arriving

• Check your spam or junk folder first
• Make sure the email address in your profile is correct and confirmed
• Add the platform's sending domain to your trusted senders list
• If your school uses a custom email system, ask the admin whether filtering rules are blocking incoming messages

Attachments and Files Fail to Open

PDF reports, circulars, and other documents sometimes refuse to load if your browser blocks pop-ups or third-party content. Allow pop-ups for the site in your browser settings. If a file downloads but won't open, the download may have been interrupted — delete it and try again. On mobile, make sure you have a compatible reader app installed.

App Freezes or Crashes on Mobile

Heavy traffic hits the platform hardest in the early morning before school starts and right after the final bell. If pages are timing out consistently, try accessing during off-peak hours. On a slow connection, disable auto-loading of multimedia content in your browser to reduce page weight.
